How will Absolute Skydiving teach me to Skydive?

Absolute Skydiving runs it's Accelerated Freefall (AFF) courses under the United States Parachute Association (USPA) system.

An AFF Course starts out with a day of groundschool theory where we will look at the parachute equipment, aircraft and cover every aspect of the skydiving course from the ground up, and then back down again, including all relevant safety briefings.

There are 7 levels to an AFF course, with different exercises to carry out throughout each level, each one increasing your skills and ability. starting out with two Instructors holding you securely on either side until you open your parachute and fly your own canopy to the ground. The first 3 levels are with two intructors, and the last 4 are with one instructor. by the 7th jump you will be jumping out the aircraft under close supervision of your instructor where you will demonstrate that you are in control and are safe to jump by yourself from then on.

To assist students in completing the AFF course we also have the option of using an Indoor Skydiving Wind Tunnel which is located on the same site.
Just 10 minutes in the tunnel can rapidly increase your ability and control and also gives a great confidence boost in your own ability
